Regina was feautured in the latest james Bond movie "SKYFALL".

Sailing onboard 180′ Regina. October 2011 Gocek to Gocek including the Kekova roads, Fethiye and St. Nicholas island. I did  a cruise of 7 nights, starting and finishing in the port of Gocek and covering the most beautiful of local cruising grounds, the Kekova Roads, aboard the new 56 meter M/S REGINA.

REGINA is a yacht that loves to sail. She can perform in light to heavy winds. The yacht is designed with all the outdoor space of a gulet and luxury accomadations below. The chef is superb and the crew are very accomadating. A unique feature below deck is that the windows open for fresh air. Cruising in Turkey is excellent sailing conditions year round.

Friday night arrived on board around 8ish. Crew there to greet us. Got unpacked had some mezas which included  figs, apricots, almonds, pistachios, cucumber, tomatoe, cheese, olives.   For dinner the  chef comes out with 25 lb grouper encrusted in salt and lit afire. It was delicious. Desert was profiteroles with a chocolate saunce that was divine!

Tuesday hiked kekova castle in am had breakfast onboard took local tender ashore then van to St. Nicholas church. Christmas in October! Did lots of shoppiing.  Visited tombston at Hymm of the Saints.

Toured the church which was built in remembrance of St. Nick. Not sure how the paint stays intact after all these years. Did some shopping then took van to Myra. Visited amphitheatre and socaphystes (flesh eating rock)

Tried Ayran  Local yogurt drink full fat very salty but good for you loaded with enzyes ect.

Wednesday awoke in Kos had Turkish coffee which is bitter  but I enjoyed the  reading fromthe grinds left over in the cup.  2 hearts holding arms in air hands out people holding my hands. Hked ruins to seal churches mosaic floor church on top. Island called Eunez Degra or St. Nicolas island  8 lire entrance fee.

Snorkeled ruins   then put up sails and sailed past butterfly bay through cut lots of switch back mountains. Protected harbor. Other side is Cleopatras baths.

Lunch tea n disappearing chocolate cake n bruchetta, pre dinner wine tasting turkis wines Serafaz, $25-30. Per bottle French wines $100. Plus

Thursday- Terasene  harbor  almost in Gocek Bay about 7 nm to gocek harbor.
