May is one of my favorite times of year. This is when I do my annual visit to the Med to inspect the yachts and meet the crew for the summer season. I flew into Nice, France and then spent the weekend in Antibes. There was a small boat show in Antibes which gave me a chance to spend time with crew and catch up with other industry related freinds. I met up with some Captains and crew with whom I had charters with to review clients preference sheets and review itinerarys prior to their arrival.
I have just returned from an exhilarating week in Virgin Gordan, BVI. We had spectacular sailing conditions fir racing and practice days. An international fleet of over 22 yachts competed in three days of racing. I was onboard 80' swan Alpina. Besides all of the racing, every night there were wonderful events including cocktail receptions at YCCS and a dinner and dancing at Oil Nut Bay on the beach. The latter was complete with fire dancers , and live music. Both yacht owners and crew danced the night away. Events even included a tug of war among racing crew.

BIG FISH is headed to the South Pacific. There are some prime dates open so now is the time to book a beautiful yacht in a beautiful venue. Last month, Captain Winston came to Fort Lauderdale and gave us an informative afternoon at the Mai Kai. What a great venue for South Pacific theme.
I just returned from an amazing trip as a guest onboard 120′ Metsuyan IV. The Bahamas has long been one of my favorite cruising areas. There is always a gentle breeze and the water temperature in the 70′s. This trip was unique whereas the crew of 7 was enhanced by an additional dive butler. While I have cruised and snorkled multiple times in the Bahamas, this was to be my first experience diving there. We flew into Nassau via Jet Blue in Fort Lauderdale.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the Mediterranean, the luxury sailing yacht ‘Silolona’ sails the seas of Malaysia, Thailand and South East Asia. Karen Kelly, the owner of luxury yacht charter company “All Yachts Worldwide’ experienced a cruise on board this wonderful yacht, for what she would remember as a truly magical experience.
